Cancellation & Refund Policy
This program requires full payment at the time of registration. Due to the customized nature of this journey — including confirmed corporate visits, executive-level meetings, conference access, and inter-city logistics — cancellations are subject to tiered fees based on timing.
Participant substitution is permitted with prior approval.
The final signed checkout agreement governs the confirmed cancellation and refund policy.
