It was learned on August 3 that Qiuzhi Technology has completed...$100 millionThe company has secured approximately RMB 680 million in angel+ round financing, with participation from IDG, Xinglian, Wuyuefeng, Dachen, Joyoung, Huaying, and Binhu District Industrial Group, among other industrial and financial investors. Existing shareholders also increased their investments. It is understood that the company has now joined the ranks of unicorns.
In July of this year, Qiuzhi Technology completed its angel round of financing, amounting to [amount missing].Over one hundred million US dollars(Approximately RMB 680 million), setting a new record for the highest single angel round financing in the consumer-grade android sector, with joint investment from multiple institutions including Legend Capital, China Information Industry Investment, Lenovo Capital, Yunbo Capital, Puhua Capital, Lingang Science and Technology Venture Capital, Amber Capital, and Gengxin Capital.
Founded in 2023 and incubated by the Institute for Intelligent Industry of Tsinghua University (AIR), Qiuzhi Technology is an innovative technology company that focuses on the integration and innovation of artificial intelligence and robotics.
Previously, Qiuzhi Technology chose to launch its products and services primarily through universities and research institutions.AIRBOT product seriesIncluding the AIRBOT Play six-axis robotic arm and the AIRBOT MMK2 mobile lifting dual-arm platform, these are designed specifically for embodied intelligent scientific research, education and training, and industry application exploration.
Today, Qiuzhi Technology also officially launched its embodied intelligence basic model ORION-0 on its official website. ORION adopts a four-layer hierarchical architecture of S3-S2-S1-S0:
S3:Slow Brain focuses on non-real-time deep dialogue thinking and long-term memory storage, and is responsible for understanding complex semantics and accumulating experience;
S2:QuickBrain is responsible for real-time spatial perception, scene understanding, and action prediction, ensuring that action plans are completed quickly in dynamic scenes;
S1:The cerebellum is responsible for real-time perception and control execution, generating action commands that directly interact with the physical world.
S0:At the peripheral layer, the highest priority is given to ensuring the safe operation of equipment, such as collision avoidance, torque limiting, and emergency braking. Regardless of the reasoning of the upper layer, it can ensure that the physical execution does not go over the bounds.
ORION employs a flexible training strategy."Dual-track system".S0 and S3 can be iterated independently, relying on classical robotics and multimodal large-scale models respectively. The S1+S2 end-side embodied base can be fine-tuned layer by layer with a small amount of data, reducing data acquisition costs and accelerating commercialization; it can also be trained end-to-end with large-scale multi-source data to improve generalization ability in complex scenarios. As S3 continues to evolve, the action boundaries of S1+S2 can be expanded through distillation, enabling the robot to explore new strategies through imaginative reasoning and achieve self-evolution of physical intelligence.
ORION possesses four key capabilities: Synthesize World Latent for ultra-high data efficiency, Self-Evolving RL to support continuous learning and human-machine error correction, Spatial-Temporal Memory to ensure short-term task execution and motion memory retention, and Stereo Vision for depth perception and high-precision 3D positioning.
